The Peleș National Museum invites you to visit the temporary exhibition "Karel Liman. Architect of the Royal House of Romania", open from December 2019 to April 2020, in the exhibition halls of Peleș Castle.
The opening will take place on Saturday, December 7, 2019, at 3:00 PM.
The exhibition evokes the personality and achievements of the chief architect of the Royal House of Romania, the Czech Karel Liman, whose passing into eternity, on July 29, 1929, marked nine decades this year.
A close collaborator of Kings Carol I and Queen Maria, this devoted and dedicated architect materialized his ideas and talent in remarkable monuments such as those at Sinaia, Bran, Cotroceni or Lăpușna.
The exhibition can be visited from Wednesday to Sunday, according to the following schedule:
Wednesday: 11:00 – 16:15 (last entry)
Thursday – Sunday: 9:15 – 16:15 (last entry)
Admission is free.
