In the areas administered by the Peleș National Museum, for the comfort of visitors and the protection of the works, the public is asked to respect the following visiting rules.
PHOTOGRAPHY AND VIDEO RECORDING
You may take photos and videos in the museum premises, only if they are for personal use. The use of selfie sticks, flash or additional lighting is not permitted.
Under certain conditions or in certain museum spaces, taking photos or videos of certain works may be prohibited.
RESPECT WORKS OF ART
For the safety of the works, of other visitors and to prevent damage, inside the museum spaces:
- Do not consume beverages;
- Do not consume food;
- Do not smoke;
- Don't make a lot of noise;
- Do not touch the works or any other exposed elements;;
- Don't run.
RESPECT TERRACES AND GARDENS
To prevent damage to the soil, plants and sculptures, as well as for safety reasons, please observe the following rules in the gardens:
- Do not use unicycles or bicycles;
- Do not walk or stand on lawns.;
- Do not pick the plants.;
- Do not touch or climb on the sculptures;
- Don't walk your pets.;
- Do not feed birds or other animals;
PROHIBITED OBJECTS
For the safety of all visitors and the protection of the works, please do not bring the following objects into the museum:
- Weapons and ammunition of any kind
- conspiracy, especially craft knives, screwdrivers, wrenches, hammers, pliers and scissors
- Blunt objects (self-defense bats, baseball bats)
- Excessively heavy, bulky, or strong-smelling objects
- Explosive, flammable or volatile substances
- Aerosol generators (paints, varnishes) containing substances that can damage works of art, buildings and/or security equipment
- Any neutralizing or incapacitating devices or products, as well as electric weapons intended to neutralize people
- Works of art or antiques
- Excessive amounts of food or drink, as assessed by control personnel at the entrance to the entry areas
- animated, except for guide or assistance dogs accompanying people with motor or mental disabilities
EXIT FROM THE MUSEUM
For good management of the number of visitors and queues, any exit is final.
