GENERAL CONDITIONS FOR USE OF THE SITE
The Peles National Museum has opened its website www.peles.ro to personally inform all its visitors. Your use of this website is subject to compliance with the general conditions of access and use detailed below ("General Conditions"), as well as compliance with all applicable laws. When you access, browse and use the website, you implicitly and unconditionally accept the General Conditions, which prevail over any other agreement you may have with the Peles National Museum, all employees or only some of them.

Copyright and/or Rights in Content, Images, Drawings and Architectural Models

The Peleş National Museum is the owner of this website. The photographs, texts, slogans, drawings, images, animated sequences with or without sound, as well as all works integrated into this website are the property of the Peleş National Museum or of third parties who have authorized the Peleş National Museum to use them.

The architectural models presented on this site are protected in accordance with the legal provisions relating to copyright and/or intellectual property rights relating to the protection of architectural designs and models.

Reproductions, on paper or digital, of the aforementioned site and/or of the works and/or architectural models of Peleş or Pelişor Castles that are reproduced on the site are authorized on the condition that they are intended for strictly personal use, excluding any use for advertising and/or commercial and/or information purposes, so as to comply with the legislative provisions regarding intellectual property.

Except for the above provisions, any reproduction, presentation, use or partial or complete modification of the site, regardless of the process or on what medium, of the various works and images that compose it, without having obtained prior authorization from the Peleş National Museum, is strictly prohibited and constitutes an OFFENCE punishable according to the legislation in force.

Trademark rights

The name Peleş, the logo (coat of arms) of the Peleş National Museum, the architectural model of the castles, are trademarks registered by the Peleş National Museum at OSIM.

Other trademarks are also mentioned on the site; they are theoretically identified by a capital letter. These are used by the Peleş National Museum, either with the authorization of the owner, or as a simple indication of services offered by the Peleş National Museum.

Reproduction, imitation, use or application of these trademarks without prior authorization from the Peleş National Museum or the respective owners constitutes an OFFENCE punishable under the laws in force.

The services presented on this site are proposed for visitors of the Peleș National Museum. The prices indicated are fixed prices, which cannot be negotiated, as they are established by the Ministry of Culture and National Heritage.
