In the halls of the Peleș Castle, the musical instruments played by the musicians invited by Queen Elizabeth to give recitals are still preserved today. Thus, the giraffe piano, the orchestra, the Rieger organ, the harpsichord and, later, the Ehrbar piano of Queen Maria, remain testimony to the love for music of the kings of Romania. The collection of musical instruments at Peleș Castle, although not a vast one, presents exceptional pieces that remain testimony to the musical evenings organized by the Royal Family of Romania.
